As of today there are currently 71 properties listed as Tax Foreclosures by Kittitas County, to be sold at Auction on December 1, 2011. NONE of them are in Suncadia. By this measure, this seems a positive comment on the outlook for the development.

Suncadia also recently (9/16/11) paid off all of the back owed real estate taxes. Maybe there is a new light at the end of the tunnel. I am hopeful there is.
