Suncadia Resort > Tumble Creek vs Suncadia where to buy

Looking at the possibility of buying a lot any advice from owners would be great. Is it getting better up there for the owners and financially with the resort? Which side would you advise on buying into TC or Suncadia?
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Go TC much more private and more space. Can use suncadia side if you want to, but dont have to deal with the crowds when it gets busy in suncadia. TC has limited number of lots, and suncadia will keep getting opend up for decades to come.

JJ:

Up to the likes and dislikes of each person, of course. I bought in TC because the lot sizes are larger and, as mentioned, you still have access to everything in Suncadia. But owners in Suncadia don't have access to TC. I wanted a bit more privacy as well, which you get in TC more so than Suncadia. There are plenty of choices in both spots, but I have a lot in TC that will be available at some point if you'd like to consider it. If interested, you can e-mail me at tgooley@fhcrc.org. Suncadia/TC is a wonderful place -- I absolutely love it there. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Depends on what you are looking for. We are active, like to bike, hike, walk, wine taste, shop, hang with friends etc. TC is beautiful, but too remote for us. Our lot is close enough to stumble home from the winery :) but still off the main roads and fairly private. I like the idea of hopping on my bike to go to dinner. In TC it's just far enough away that you would probably have to drive.
